Unlocker for Minimalists

Synopsis: I used to use Unlocker by EmptyLoop.. but this is much more refined. I was contemplating deleting this post because PortableApps.com published their own version. But after testing.. their version does not work! They simply launch the application, lol. Im truly disappointed in them.. in addition.. it leaves HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_IOBITUNLOCKER in the registry. This is not the only application i have found to be seriously defective.
Writes settings to: Application folder
How to install: extract to desired location, launch `iUnlockerPortable.exe`.
